Description :

|
Mandatory/Essential Criteria: • Minimum 6 years’ testing experience in an IT environment, including planning, writing and executing tests utilising various types of specifications; • Minimum 4 years’ testing experience with the Siebel Application using the Siebel SDLC model; • Demonstrated ability to undertake technical testing using SQL, XML or ETL; • Impeccable communication and analytical skills; • Solid understanding of the role of testing in the software development life cycle; • Demonstrated experience working in an Agile Environment on Siebel related projects; • Extensive experience in testing concepts, principles and methodologies; • Demonstrated ability to be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement; • Solid experience using automated and/or manual test tools such as Quick Test Pro or ALM; • Ability to meet deadlines in a test environment where there is a continuous impact to what can be done; • Experience leading a team and mentoring and supporting junior staff; • Specified Personnel must hold a current Australian Government Security Clearance (AGSVA) or be willing to undergo and obtain an AGSVA clearance (Baseline clearance as a minimum); • Specified Personnel must be willing to undergo and obtain an Employment Suitability Clearance (ESC); Desirable Criteria: • Previous experience in an integrated system environment.
